The Southern Komfort Mobile Home Village offers some unique options for your consideration: you may rent a lot,
purchase a lot, or build a permanent structure on a purchased lot;
You may purchase an existing mobile home and lot, if available.
Each lot either rented or purchased includes marina access for the owner. All tenants and owners are given first consideration for rental of boat slips.
The lots feature city water, sewer, cable and phone services. A Homeowners Association has been formed.
